Press Briefing: Health and sustainability are co-drivers of export growth

According to a new analysis by the public-private Danish partnership Food Nation, Denmark ranks sixth among the 24 countries that decision-makers mention as top-of-mind food and agriculture nations. Danish agricultural and food companies are highlighted as capable of delivering products and solutions that can contribute to development of health and sustainability across the value chain.

The just published Insight Report examines brand awareness and Denmark's image as an agricultural and food country among decision-makers in four selected export markets: United Kingdom, Vietnam, South Korea and Japan.

Join the press briefing with Lise Walbom, CEO, Food Nation, and Martin Kristian Brauer, Chief Economist and Area Director, Danish Agriculture and Food Council, to hear more about the results of the analysis and the latest tendencies on the export markets.

Facts about the image analysis
The analysis is based on a quantitative analysis carried out by Epinion for Food Nation in March 2022. The analysis examines Denmark's image as an agricultural and food nation among international decision-makers. All respondents are in the food and agriculture sector, as either producers, buyers, sellers or in the processing of food products and solutions. The analysis is thus B2B oriented.

In this year’s survey, a total of 803 decision-makers participated in four of Denmark’s central export markets: United Kingdom, Vietnam, South Korea and Japan. This year’s theme revolves around the Danish agricultural and food industry’s strongholds within sustainability and health.
