About the presidency
The joint Danish, Greenlandic and Faroese Presidency of the Nordic Council of Ministers 2020 seeks to implement the Council of Ministers’ new Vision 2030: to make the Nordic region the most sustainable and integrated region in the world.

A key focus of the Presidency will be to strengthen what unites us in the Nordic region, with a particular focus on youth. One initiative is to engage the Nordic Youth to nourish their democratic citizenship, cultural engagement and mental welfare.

For example, a Nordic Youth conference will be held in Copenhagen in May.

At the briefing other key events and initiatives will also be discussed.
